For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 To register and maintain an account on vw138, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
2.2 vw138 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active vw138 account. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account is strictly prohibited. Where vw138 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether by shared device, IP address, payment method, national identity number, or other linking signal — all associated accounts may be merged or closed at vw138's discretion, and any bonus funds forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP), a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vw138 username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. vw138 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have promptly notified vw138 of unauthorized access.
3.4 Account Currency. All vw138 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No multi-currency accounts are offered. Deposits received in foreign currencies will be rejected; vw138 does not perform currency conversion.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. vw138 reserves the right to charge an account maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 per month against the balance of inactive accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. Where the balance reaches zero, the inactive account may be closed.
4.1 vw138 is required by its operating license and responsible gaming obligations to verify the identity of all Players. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time at vw138's discretion.

4.4 Enhanced Due Diligence. For accounts with high transaction volumes, or where vw138's risk systems flag unusual activity, enhanced due diligence may be requested. 5.1 vw138 accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfer to virtual accounts held with BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Bank Mandiri; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit channels are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Deposit Limits. The standard minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum deposit per single transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Higher limits may be available for VIP-tier accounts upon request.
5.3 Processing Times. Bank transfers received during core banking hours are credited to your vw138 balance within five minutes. Transfers received outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to be confirmed and credited. E-wallet transfers are credited instantly.
5.4 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you legally and that are not derived from any illegal activity. vw138 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered in the Player's name will be refunded to the source, and the account may be placed under review.
5.5 Failed Deposits. vw138 is not liable for funds that fail to reach the Platform due to errors made by the Player in entering account details, or due to technical failures on the part of the Player's bank or e-wallet provider. Players should retain proof of every deposit transaction.
6.1 Withdrawals may be requested by verified Players at any time via the withdrawal function in the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
6.2 Withdrawal Limits. The standard minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal per single transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Daily aggregate withdrawal limits apply by tier: Standard (Rp 100,000,000), Gold VIP (Rp 200,000,000), Platinum/Diamond (negotiated individually).
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00) are typically processed within three minutes to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next banking session. E-wallet withdrawals are processed instantly at all hours.
6.4 KYC Prerequisite. No withdrawal will be processed for an account that has not completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed in a pending queue until verification is approved.
6.5 Wagering Requirements. Where a Player's balance includes Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements, withdrawals of those funds are restricted until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Real money funds deposited by the Player are withdrawable at any time, subject to these limits.
6.6 Withdrawal Refusal. vw138 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: (a) the account KYC is incomplete or the submitted documents have expired; (b) there is an ongoing investigation into account activity; (c) the withdrawal would breach anti-money-laundering obligations; (d) the account is subject to a bonus wagering requirement not yet fulfilled on the funds requested.
7.1 vw138 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players. The availability, value, and terms of each promotion are set out in the specific promotional communication relating to that offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus offers on vw138 are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements typically range from 5× to 30× depending on the promotion type.
7.3 Bonus Validity. Bonuses not claimed within the specified validity period are forfeited automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry result in the bonus funds being removed from the Player's balance.
7.4 Abuse and Manipulation. vw138 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements; or using automated betting software to exploit promotional offers.
7.5 VIP Program. The vw138 VIP program provides loyalty rewards across six tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond). VIP tier assignments are made at vw138's discretion based on verified monthly wagering turnover. Tier benefits, turnover thresholds, and cashback rates are published in the VIP Program documentation and are subject to change upon 30 days' notice to affected Players.
8.1 General. All wagers on vw138 are subject to the general rules of the relevant game or sport, as published in the product-specific rule documentation accessible within each game section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable rules before placing wagers.
8.2 Football Betting. All football wagers — including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority. vw138 reserves the right to void any bet where the result is disputed or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
8.3 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. vw138 operates a brief latency buffer on live bet acceptance. Bets placed after a material event (e.g., a goal scored) may be voided if vw138's systems confirm the bet was received after the event occurred.
8.4 Togel Lottery. Togel markets are settled based on the official results published by the licensed lottery pool operators for the respective market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, etc.). vw138 does not control or influence draw outcomes. All togel results are final once published.
8.5 Obvious Errors. vw138 reserves the right to void or correct any bet offered or accepted in error, including but not limited to bets offered at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed and winnings withheld.
8.6 Maximum Winnings. vw138 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day as published in the platform documentation. Winnings in excess of these limits may be capped at the published maximum regardless of the theoretical return on the wager.
9.1 vw138 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides all registered Players with self-management tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible at any time through the account settings section.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who wishes to exclude themselves from vw138 may request self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. Short-term self-exclusion periods of 30, 90, or 180 days are available, as well as permanent exclusion. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vw138 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
10.2 Where vw138 identifies prohibited conduct, it may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or terminate the offending account; void all pending and recent wagers; withhold any balance pending investigation; report the matter to relevant authorities; and pursue legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11.1 All content on the vw138 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game mechanics, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of vw138 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vw138 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
11.3 The "vw138" name, wordmark, and associated logos are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized use of vw138 trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.
12.1 Platform Availability. vw138 strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. vw138 is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform.
12.2 Wagering Outcomes. All gaming and betting outcomes on vw138 are determined by chance or by the real-world results of sporting events. vw138 makes no representation that any Player will profit from use of the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You accept that you may lose your entire deposited balance.
12.3 Third-Party Services. vw138 integrates third-party services for payment processing, game delivery, and streaming. vw138 is not responsible for the performance, errors, or interruptions of third-party services beyond vw138's reasonable control.
12.4 Maximum Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vw138's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the Player's total deposits in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.5 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. vw138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if vw138 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.1 vw138 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
13.2 vw138 implements 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit and applies access controls, audit logging, and security monitoring to data at rest. No payment card data is stored on vw138's systems; all payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment providers.
13.3 Player data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or vw138's operating license obligations.
14.1 By the Player. You may close your vw138 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is finalized, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance and standard withdrawal processing times.
14.2 By vw138. vw138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or commercial reasons. Where an account is closed by vw138 without cause, the Player's verified real-money balance will be refunded within 14 business days.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, the Player's license to use the Platform ceases immediately. All pending bonus offers are forfeited. Obligations that by their nature survive termination — including dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and intellectual property provisions — continue in force.
15.1 vw138 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the amended terms take effect.
15.2 Continued use of vw138 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw your balance.
15.3 The version number and effective date shown in the page header identify the current revision of these Terms. Players may request a copy of any prior version by contacting vw138 support.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vw138 holds its operating license. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold as a resident of Indonesia.
16.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of vw138, the parties agree to attempt resolution informally in the first instance by contacting vw138 support. vw138 will respond to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
16.3 Formal Dispute Process. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarized version, the English version prevails.
